Nomos Verlag is publishing the first issue of the new specialist journal on European company law: “ECCL – European Company Case Law”. The launch of the journal marks an important step in the internationalization of the publishing portfolio.
As the first purely English-language legal journal in the Nomos Verlag programme, ECCL offers a genuinely European view of the highly complex and multi-layered field of European company law.
The pan-European editorial board of highly renowned experts prepares the relevant knowledge of European company law in high-quality articles for academics and practitioners. By presenting European law and the respective national implementations, the ECCL offers the decisive added value in company law for companies, lawyers, supervisory authorities and trade associations throughout Europe.
ECCL will be part of the Nomos eLibrary, i.e. all issues will be available digitally. The digital platform of Nomos Verlag enables readers to access the journal quickly and easily and offers practical functions such as searching for relevant judgements and legal acts.
The editors of ECCL are Prof. Dr. Andrea Vicari from the University of Milan and Prof. Dr. Alexander Schall from the University of Lüneburg. With their expertise and experience, they ensure the high quality and relevance of the journal.
