Our new publication series “Rechtsgeschichtliche Forschungen” has been launched. This pioneering series is edited by Prof. Dr Andreas Deutsch, Prof. Dr Stephan Dusil and Prof. Dr Saskia Lettmaier, B.A. (Oxford). The series provides a forum for publications that deal not only with German legal history, but with European legal history as a whole, from its beginnings in antiquity to modern times. There is room for a wide range of publication forms, from monographs to editions and anthologies.
